St. Thomas School, Sahibabad was established in the year 1986 as part of the educational venture of St. Thomas Orthodox Church Society (Regd.) Ghaziabad. The President of the society is His Holiness Baselios Mar Thoma Didimos I, The Supreme Head of Indian Orthodox Church. The Vice- President of the society is His Grace Job Mar Philoxenos, the Metropolitan of the Diocese of Delhi. The Chairman of the School is the Vicar appointed from time to time. The Diocesan Metropolitan. The powers of administration are vested in the board of Governors, a body constituted by the society.
St. Thomas School Sahibabad started as a modest school in St. Thomas Church with 79 students and 7 teachers. This is an English Medium Co- Educational School. The Institution has grown and developed to its present position and carved a niche for itself in the Ghaziabad Sector of CBSE schools. |
