ST.THOMAS SCHOOL, SAHIBABAD
GUIDELINES FOR ADMISSION – NURSERY (2012 -2013).

Parents seeking admission for their children should note the following to avoid any inconvenience:-

1. Eligibility Criteria: For Nursery: Children born between 1st October, 2007 and 30th September, 2008.

• Registration forms can be availed from the school Front office/Registration counter on payment of Rs 100/- from 02nd Nov, 2011 (excluding Saturday and Sunday). It can also be downloaded from the school website (www.stthomasshbd.com).In case the registration form is downloaded from school site, Rs 100/- should be remitted in cash while submitting the registration form in the school Front office/Registration counter.

3. Duly filled Registration Forms and relevant documents are to be attached and submitted at the Registration counter from 16th Nov,2011 to 18th Nov,2011 (Timings: 08:30 am – 12.30 pm).
4. Registration fee at the time of submission of Registration Form is Rs. 100/- (Rupees Hundred only). This amount is to be paid in Cash along with the Registration Form.
5. Original Birth Certificate obtained from the Municipal Corporation should be submitted at the time of interaction. (After verification the Original will be returned).
6. Change in date and time of submission of forms in any case will not be entertained.
7. The list of short listed candidates along with the intimation of dates for informal parental interaction will be put up on the school notice board on 21st Nov,2011.at 10.00 am.
8. In case you fail to take admission on the date specified, the seat will be offered to the next candidate in the waiting list. No claim for admission will be entertained subsequently.

Documents to be submitted along with the Registration Forms:-

• Attested copy (by a Gazetted Officer) of the Birth Certificate from Corporation/ Municipality/ Panchayat. (Affidavit or Hospital Certificate will not be accepted.)
• Baptism Certificate & a letter from the Parish Priest. (For Christian Minority students only)
• Certified copy of BPL Card issued by the Magistrate.( For BPL Category only )
• SC/ST/OBC Certificate (if applicable) to be submitted.
• Affix recent passport size photographs at the designated places on the form.
• Residence proof. (Rent Deed, Registration of the House, Electricity/ Telephone Bill etc.)
• Family photograph (combined one).

Documents needed at the time of interaction:-

• Medical Fitness Certificate of the Candidate.
• Originals of all the documents will be verified at the time of interaction.

No. of seats available – 100.

Please Note:-

• Recommendation will be a disqualification.
• Incomplete Forms will be rejected.
• Registration does not confirm admission.
• Students in and around Sahibabad will be given preference. However, those residing in Vasundhara, Vaishali, Karehra, DLF, Arthala and Mohan Nagar can also apply as our school buses are plying to these places too.
